Oh I could escape anytime I wanted. I chose to stay for a while however and document the war since I knew it was going to be time locked. I left before that event happened.

Sera, short for Seraphiela. Time Lady from Gallifrey.. She escaped the Time War by stealing a TARDIS. She used the Chameleon Arch to hide but now she's back to her original self.
She tends to ramble off sometimes, unable to help herself. Sera finds the human race fascinating, along with every other race out there. Bit of a flirt, she is. She was never married nor did she ever mother children on Gallifrey.
